About Me!What can I say? I am addicted to fitness. I love everything about it from the way it makes me look and feel, to the numerous health benefits. I am a 34 year old wife and mother of four awesome boys. I first started weight training in high school. That鈥檚 where my passion for fitness began. Of course it was all trial and error in the beginning, but I didn鈥檛 become serious about it until I had my first son at the age of 21. I gained 50 lbs. during my pregnancy, and was the biggest I had ever been in my entire life! I started a diet and workout plan and ended up getting the weight off, and more, within three months.
