Wager PUG
in PS by McDeeze - Nov 7th 2016
Welcome to the PUG Wager System. This has been in the works for a long time and it is with great anticipation it is ready for release to the general public. There has always been concern from people in the COD community that the old system was too hard to use with too many fees, that's why we have developed this. We expect that people will move away from PayPal to PayPal wagers and use Cybergamer exclusively for all your wager matches in the future.
This will be an exclusive for Cybergamer Premium members. To purchase simply go to and follow the prompts. To find out all the other benifits with premium check out
Creating a Party
If you wish to use a pre-made squad of players you will need to create a party before creating the Wager PUG. To do this click the big red button quot;Create party and invite friends quot;
If there is no partys in the PUG or partys have been disabled by the creator then two captains will be selected by the system and they will go through the process of selecting the teams.
This PUG has the same format as standard PUGs except the MAP Selection will allow users to select BO3 (Best Of 3) or BO5 (Best Of 5) as well as selecting an entry fee per player.
For 5v5 IW amp; MWR we will be using the the current CGv# ruleset
For 4v4 we will be following the CWL ruleset and there will be Cybergamer ruleset created that will be based on community feedback. Basically known as quot;Gents quot;
With the money pugs now being available, the procedure to participate will be depositing money into your CG account here. This money will then be used to enter wager pugs, as well as if you win the winnings will be placed into your CG credits.
When depositing money the minimum is $20 as well as PayPal having a deposit fee and a withdraw fee (PayPal tax not CG tax), card will have a deposit fee but no withdraw fee. For example, if you deposit $50 into CG via PayPal the amount will be taxed by $2.42. If you deposit $50 into CG via card the amount will be taxed by $1.93. For withdrawing, to send money to your bank will be free but withdrawing to PayPal will incur another small fee. In addition, with larger deposits come slightly more fees as there is a greater risk.
1. If I play a $10 PUG and win, how much money will I receive?
As this is a Premium service, each member of the winning team will receive the full $20 into their CG Credits
2. How do I make it so Un-Invited players cant join the Wager PUG
When creating the PUG there will be an option to create a password, people will need to enter the password to gain access.
Many Thanks,
COD Admin Team

[PS4] Call Of Duty: IW/MWR Schedule
in PS by Jiszmik - Nov 2nd 2016
Welcome everyone!
We are super excited to be bringing you the final draft schedule for tournaments, and our current plans for league starts and competitions we will run over x-mas. The whole reason we run these is to please the community with as much variety as we can. So please, offer suggestions on anything and everything to do with the schedule we have set thus far. We are very excited to hear your feedback on this matter, and we will try our very best to accommodate everyone's needs.
Tournament Formats
With the release of two cod titles, IW and MWR we have worked double time to sort out the needs of everyone over two games. As we said before, please provide any feedback you think will be beneficial to the community.
Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered
Tournament System Open
We will hope to release the complete above Tournaments on Sunday after release. We do hope for your patience during this time, we will make mistakes while doing this, if you find one, please make a support ticket to let us know so we can quickly fix the problem.
The IW tournament might be pushed back a little further depending if we can get a ruleset done in that time. If not, we will delay the opening of IW tournaments. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
IW 4v4 Weekly Comp
We hope by Wednesday following the release we can have an interim ruleset done for us to start running cash injection comps. CG will be putting up $240 p.w into the Wednesday 4v4 Weekly comp! This competition requires premium to enter.
We have taken this option as we feel it will give the best turnout. We have another option of having a cash injection into $120, on a Wednesday and Sunday, if the community wishes.
MWR CGo Turbo Ladder
We are excited to take a bit of a different approach to this, which will align, the best we could, with the suggestions made by the community. We are not going to run cash injection tournaments for cod4 to begin with. We will however put up a prize pool for the turbo ladder, yet to be decided. This will depend on its activity, though to compete on the turbo ladder you must also require premium.
We will run finals for the turbo ladder on an ELO basis, which will be explained in further detail upon the release of the ladder. When finals are confirmed, the ladder will revert back to a free to play ladder, CGo.
IW/MWR Christmas Comp
We will set up a registration thread for this closer to the day but this comp will be a P2P with injection from CG. We hope to run these in the tournaments section but premium will not be required to enter into this competition, we will run a $5 p.p entry instead.
Many Thanks,
COD Admin Team

[BO3] 5v5 League Report: Finals Week 1
in PS by Richzy trade; - Oct 13th 2016
Welcome all,
As final season of the Black Ops 3 Leagues draws to a close we now once again only have a handful of teams remain, having secured their spots through the shortened league pool play, These teams will now battle it out for the title of reigning champions of Black Ops 3 for their respective leagues. With things really starting to get interesting we look forward to bringing you an exciting insight to the competition in the weeks to come with detailed finals reports, highlights videos amp; Shoutcasted Matches.
On behalf of the media team, we would congratulate the teams from CGp, CGm, CGa and CGd who have made it into their finals brackets this season.
So in saying that, here is the finals week 1 report.
Cybergamer Professional
Finals Game 1v4 Vs
Last Played : Aura 13 - 8 Fluffy Nightmare
Fluffy Nightmare's Lineup: Skcel,Hooks, Vadzor, Scopin, LBoonga
Auras Predicted Line Up: Denz, Fighta, Luke, Damage, Cosmikk
Maps: Redwood - Infection - Stronghold font
Aura #EZMONEY are currently sitting on top of the CGP ladder at the end of the regular season with a solid 5W-0L season thus far making them obvious favourites this week. Fluffy nightmare on the other hand with a shaky 2W-3L to secure the 4th place finish, noting that the only 2 wins they managed was from the bottom 2 teams in CGP.
For Fluffy Nightmare to win they need to collectively stand up and go big as a team and trade off/win gun fights throughout the entire series if they plan to even take a map off of Aura which to date has not been done during finals on BOIII. They will need to continually shake up their attack as to not play a stale, predicatable style and really drum down their defence. Aura have been playing together now for quite some years and it's that longevity and chemistry that has seen them in this position countless times. Their ability to react and adjust to a teams play style has them more often than not coming away with the BIG W.
Aura winning the 2 previous league seasons without too much trouble and with teams dwindling off in activity and hunger I can't see them having too much trouble against the less experienced Fluffy Nightmare.
Quote from Skcel's thoughts on the upcoming game:
We havnt had much preperation for this match and we wont get much opportunity. But were fairly familiar with Redwood, Stronghold and Infection and feel we can put up a good fight as a team for this match only if hipthruster (cosmikk) is playing though.
At the end of the day were playing for fun and whether we win or lose this match we always have a good time.
Keep an eye out for vadjizzy playing middle on most maps and Bong who will be playing off the back of a 009 last time we played against them. Lets hope bong will be dropping bombs and not team nades.
Goodluck to aura and lets hope for a good matchup.
Im fairly sure fighta's hair cut will make the difference in this one..
Game will be played late this week

Finals Game 2v3 Vs
Last Played 13-8 (Inceptions way)
Inceptions Predicted Lineup :Etri JustRez Infuze Jizmik Scutter Travalord
Integral Nations Predicted Lineup : Blakey Cobzilla Zovax Nazrik Externalsz
Maps: TBD font
Two heavily matched teams come face to face in the first round of CGm finals. The teams are neck and neck on the ladder and only 2 rounds have split these two teams in the seeding. Picking a favourite is tough but Integral will go in as the underdogs as they dropped against Inception earlier on in the season. the loss made it two in a row for integral and put them in danger of missing out on Post-season appearance with such a shortened league, however they bounced back and picked up two wins in the last 2 rounds of pool play to give them the number three seed in this finals series. Inception have a had a mixed run into finals after starting the league with two strong wins they have traded win for loss since then and now will hope to find some form coming into the business end. These two teams operate in completely different ways, inception bring a organised game plan to each and every game they play and have the ability to punish teams who aren't well prepared. on the other hand Integral originate from a 4s background who rely on gun skill and quick reactions forcing teams into shootouts that integral know they can win, true show of brawn vs brains on display in this clash.
the key in this match up is for one of these teams to to be able to match the others play style as well as utilizing their own strengths. For Inception, running their strats but focusing on winning gun battles, trading out kills to put them in a position where they can win the rounds of smart clutch plays is vital. They have the shooting ability however for integral coordinated pushes and defensive rotations may be the key in preventing inception from taking home the win. Ex CGp player Blakey has been a star all season and will look to continue his slaying rampage during this game to help his team get over the line, in his way is a solid Inception lineup who can hold their own across the board but look for Infuze who may be the guy to match Blakey and lead the his team on the table and into the winners bracket.
Match Prediction: Inception 2 - 1 Integral Nation
MVP Prediction Blakey (iN), infuze (inC)
Cybergamer Amateur
Finals Game 1v4 Vs
Last Played 13-11 (Clutch Fraggers way)
Clutch Fraggers Predicted Lineup :Tornts nektaR McDeeze Madd_Mann Rawkeys
Vitrix E-Sports Predicted Lineup : DEFECTX9 Jestxh immuNe Percussion FrenzyGee
Maps: Fringe - Infection - Stronghold
Two teams who had completely different seasons meet in the first game of the CGa finals . Clutch fraggers who dominated the pool play without dropping a game are the heavily favoured to advance to the winners side of the bracket. However looking to stop them is vitrix who despite only Being able to claw 1 win from the round robin and fight their way through the playoff will be looking to take down the leaders of the CGa competition. With a 4s background vitrix have the gun skills to compete but their ability to prepare a push or two for each map is what will decide how much damage they can inflict, in saying that one - two week prep may not be enough to crack the 2 season strong clutch fragger set up who will be well prepared for the finals series ahead. In their previous encounter clutch fraggers scraped past Vitrix as the match on infection went through to the final round ending 13-11 CF's way. When it comes to map selection, Vitrix would give themselves a helping hand by getting 3 maps that require gun fight skill rather than map knowledge so look for infection, exodus and breach to come somewhere in this rotation with clutch fraggers choices revolving around the likes of fringe and Evac to support their Preferred style of play.
Despite the 5-0 record clutch fraggers have had close encounters this season with singularity, nightmare and vitrix who by no coincidence are the other 3 finals teams. They will need to turn up again with the right prep because gun skill won't get them over the line against vitrix. Leading cF from the front is the player ladder trio inclusive of mcdeeze, tornts and Rawkeys, the 3 key players responsible for cF's success for this season so look no further than them yet again to bring home the first finals win. Vitrix on the other hand have no real standout players from the team, however they all have the ability to compete against clutch fraggers. Despite this, in recent games they have looked to jestxh to provide a chunk of the kills and his gun skill ability partnered with iMmunes game experience could really cause some problems for the cF squad
Match Prediction: clutch Fraggers 2 - 1 Vitrix E-sports
MVP Prediction Jestxh (vE), Rawkeys (cF)
Finals Game 2v3 Vs
Last Played 13-11 (Singularity's way)
Singularity's Predicted Lineup :Richzy Sizzle Deanohh Hater Posica
Nightmare's Preditcted lineup : SCNDL Brodz Pookluke Swaak Dodds
Maps: Exodus - Infection - Evac font
Nightmare Predicted Lineup : Dodds, Brodz, Swak, Bluud, Rakk
Singularity Predicted Lineup: Sizzle, Richzy, Deanoh, Haterr, Posica
Last time these teams met, Singularity gave Nightmare a reality check after pulling off an impressive comeback however I see this finals series panning out in favour of nightmare. Everyone is well aware Dodds loves a couple of 3-4 hour strat sessions a week and has nades that land in practically every corner of the map, and with the inclusion of Swak who started off Black Ops 3 strongly winning some P2P tournaments, ended Season 1 amp; 2 not so successfully managing 1 win amongst both seasons via forfeit, so expect him to come out strong and prepared to end season 3 on a higher note. Brodz who has topped the table nearly every game nightmare have played all season is another player who will cause serious problems for singularity, Poostep hoping to redeem the price of the scuf he brought Dodds to play in his team with the winnings at the end of the season.
Singularity are one of the most active teams amongst this seasons 5's community and the efforts have definitely showed as how much the team has grown over the course of the season only dropping 1 game throughout pool play and currently have run into finals on a 3 game win streak, Sizzle and Richzy will need to continue there strong seasons if they are too overcome Nightmare.
Brodz is a cheat, you heard it here first - Richzy
From what I have heard they are a bunch of Xbox has beens. They just gotta hope Aaron's double chin can carry the old (C word's) They got lucky on infection. Now we for a chance to slap them on it.
- Fatskuxx (Worst PSN ever)
Prediction: Nightmare (2) Def. Singularity (0)
Predicted MVP's: Brodz (Nightmare) Sizzle (Singularity)
On behalf of the entire PS Media Team, we would like to wish every team competing in the Final BO3 Season finals the best of luck for the next coming weeks. We expect to see some intense competition.

For best of five (5) matches, the last ban from both Team A and Team B will turn into a map pick which will decide the maps.
The remaining three maps will be played for the match. Team A must then choose the Map for Game 1 and Team B must choose the map for Game 2. The remaining Map will be played for Game 3.
For best of five (5) matches, Team A must choose the Map for Game 1 and 3 and Team B must choose the map for Game 2 and 4, the remaining map will be Game 5.
Spawn choice will be determined using a knife-off.
Knife Off
Prior to the first map, a knife off must be completed to determine who will choose their spawning side for each map. The winning team has a choice of which maps they want to choose their spawns for. They can decide to choose spawns for map one and three or map two only. The loser of the knife off will choose their spawns for map two or map one and three depending on what the winner chooses. In a best of 5 scenario (Grand Final) the knife off victors will choose their spawning side for maps one, three and five or map two and four and the losing team will choose the spawns for maps opposite to the choice of the winning team.
The following settings must be used during the knife-off:
Game Mode: Team Deathmatch
Time Limit: 5 minutes
Mini-Map Radar: Always On
Friendly Fire: Enabled
Number of Lives: 1
Health: 30%
Map: Fringe
The class must be completely bare, meaning no weapons of any kind, fists only
You must stay on ground level at all times, meaning no jumping of any kind
You cannot enter any buildings.

Hello everyone, we are making some major changes to the way CG premium and entry fees work. This is due to our existing model having long been unsustainable and to allow us to offer better services to you.
Going forward, to compete in all of our leagues (CGa, CGd, CGm, CGi, CGp) you will be required to have an active premium subscription throughout the season.
Further to this, players competing in CGm/CGi/CGp will have an additional entry fee at the start of each season of:
CGm - $10 per player.
CGi - $15 per player.
CGp - $15+ per player, this will vary heavily depending on the game and LAN final details.

Premium Upgrades
in PC, XBOX by Asterix - Sep 23rd 2016
Hello everyone, we're making some changes to CG Premium pricing for the first time in over 7 years.
CG Premium will now cost between $8.95/month and $11.50/month depending on whether you purchase it monthly/quarterly/yearly. With the average being $9.95/month
In addition to the monthly raffle draw and existing offerings, each month of CG premium that you purchase will now provide you with an entry ticket into a monthly final of your choice. Monthly finals typically have a prize pool of $500, but it will depend on the games popularity as we add more. Some existing ones are here:
We'll add an EU/NA version asap
The entry tickets that you receive for the monthly finals can be used at any time and do not expire, even if you lose your premium status. However we do also run various premium only tournaments that do require you to have an active subscription.
Users that win free CG Premium from tournaments and such (without paying for it), will not receive monthly final tickets or be entered into the monthly raffle.
We'll be making some further improvements to CG premium over the coming weeks, but the price change needs to be sorted first.
If you have any suggestions on what you'd like added to premium let me know.
